Hiking is a type of outdoor exercise that involves walking in naturalistic environments, usually in mountainous or scenic terrain. Hiking trails are frequently used by hikers. Hiking is such a popular hobby that there are a variety of hiking organizations all around the world.
1. Gasing Hill, Klang Valley
Bukit Gasing, often known as Gasing Hill, is a tropical forest park in the Kuala Lumpur-Petaling Jaya region.
Due to the fact that it is located on the border, there are two separate entrances to this park. In addition to a variety of hiking trails, a river, a suspension bridge, and a Hindu temple can be found within the park. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the diverse variety of plants and fauna that may be found in this forest. The stripe-throated bulbuls are a popular bird that you may see.

2. Bukit Kiara - River Loop, Kuala Lumpur.
The trail is located on Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad. The Kiara Waterfall is located near to this route. The slope leading to the waterfall area is quite steep, so proceed with care! Because of the numerous branching trails and the lack of trail markers, this trail may be difficult for those who are unfamiliar with it. Do not forget your insect repellant, comfortable hiking boots, and enough of drinking water for the trip.

3. Bukit Batu Putih, Negeri Sembilan
This trail is located within the Tanjung Tuan Forest Reserve, which has been recognized as an Important Bird and Biodiversity Area (IBA). Bukit Batu Putih and the world-famous Cape Rachado Lighthouse, both located near Port Dickson, are also accessible along this trail. Traveling through dense jungles, mangrove swamps, and secluded beaches will be the highlight of the trip. On this walk, you will be able to take in the breathtaking views of the Straits of Malacca (Selat Melaka). Don't forget to carry insect repellant, suitable hiking boots, and enough drinking water with you on your adventure.

4. Broga Hill, Klang Valley
Discover this 2.00-mile out-and-back track in the area of Semenyih, Selangor. It takes an average of 1 h 21 min to finish this route, which is generally considered to be moderately difficult. Although this is a popular trail for hiking, walking, and other environmental adventures, you can still find some peace and quiet during the quieter hours of the day. You'll have to leave your pets at home because they are not permitted on this trail.

5. Gunung Pulai, Johor
Gunung Pulai is a mountain in Johor, Peninsular Malaysia, that reaches 654 meters high. Because of its proximity to the city and ease of access, it is a favourite hiking destination for both locals and Singaporeans. There are two communication towers located on the peak of Gunung Pulai, which is guarded by the military. It is not open to the public.
The trailhead for Gunung Pulai (which is marked by a gate) is located on the main road, approximately 30-50 meters from the car park. The gates are typically locked to prevent vehicles from passing through. Hikers can bypass the fence on the left if they so choose.
Two trails run-up to the summit of Gunung Pulai, one of which is the most popular. There are two trails: the main road route and the jungle trail. In total, the major road trail is 5 kilometers long and climbs steeply as it nears the top of the mountain. The jungle route, which is around 3.14 kilometers in length, splits away and merges back again at 1 kilometer and 3.9 kilometres from the main road, respectively.
